I loved how we could easily stroll to Sweet Water Park for a relaxing afternoon. There were plenty of restaurants like TGI Fridays and East Pearl within walking distance for meals after our city explorations.

missingWrote a review on 28 Novconvenient locationimpressive cleanlinessstale roomunhelpful staffreservation issues
The hotel is conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. Cleanliness was impressive, as staff regularly maintained the facilities. Breakfast offerings were average, but hot grilled dishes would enhance the menu. On the downside, the room I was assigned smelled stale, and there was a serious lack of attention to my reservation preferences, which detracted significantly from the overall experience.

Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated the warm welcome from the staff right away. The hotel was clean, and my room had a good layout with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the breakfast options like sausage and eggs, served from 6:30 am, but I felt that the breakfast staff rushed everyone out at the end. I found the a/c unit a bit noisy, which made it hard for me to sleep well. I also noticed some noise from the hallway, especially when early risers were moving about. Parking was also a bit tight, especially on weekends. Little things like that can make a stay more enjoyable, but overall, I would still look forward to coming back.

The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
We faced issues with noise from nearby guests, which disrupted our sleep. The bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, with hair still stuck on the floor. Additionally, there was a lingering musty smell in the room that made our stay less pleasant.

Great staff and clean stay at a good price
I had a pleasant experience during my one-night stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a top priority for me. I was particularly impressed by the polite front desk staff who offered service with a smile while maintaining professionalism even during busy times. However, I found the breakfast options somewhat limited and could use a bit more variety to enhance the experience.
